Opening of the Al-Khidmat School.
As part of the project to support out-of-school children through innovative and integrated activities in child protection and education, Horizon for Development has opened the Services School in Al-Turba Directorate, Taiz Governorate. The school aims to increase access to formal education in the area and targets 300 students.

The new school will serve students in the area and will work to accommodate students after they return to formal education following the completion of compensatory education curricula.

The project aims to help children return to education and increase opportunities for the most vulnerable children to access equitable basic education.

As part of its emergency interventions, Horizon for Development continues to distribute food baskets to displaced and poor families in several governorates. As part of its humanitarian interventions, Horizon Development Foundation is implementing an Emergency Ramadan Assistance project in Taiz Governorate. The project aims to provide vital food assistance to vulnerable populations during the holy month of Ramadan.
The project distribute food baskets to 7,700 beneficiaries, addressing their immediate food needs and supporting their resilience during this challenging period.
This initiative is part of Horizon Development Foundation's broader humanitarian response in Yemen, funded by the British organization MC.
